Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Diu terminus AB (Swedish company registration number 559359-8690), Marielunds Gård 10, 373 33 Nättraby, Sweden (“VoxPulse”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you create an account or otherwise use VoxPulse. If you use VoxPulse on behalf of a company, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm that you are authorised to do so.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
1. The service
VoxPulse is a digital assistant for professionals. It lets you record or upload meetings, transcribes them, and generates summaries, action items, analyses and draft follow-ups. It also includes an email-based assistant that can schedule meetings on your behalf, optionally using a calendar you connect.
Some features may be offered as a beta or with limited access. Beta features are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
2. Your account
- You sign in without a password, using a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure — anyone with access to it can sign in to VoxPulse.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken through API keys you create.
- An account is for one person. Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use VoxPulse.
3. Plans, prices and payment
| Plan | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Try | Free | A one-time allowance of 5 recordings and 5 bookings in total (not per month), with access to all analyses. It is a trial, not a free plan forever. |
| Pro | SEK 595 per month, excluding VAT | Unlimited recordings and bookings, within fair use (section 5). |
- VAT is added as required by law. Pro is billed monthly in advance through the payment method presented when you upgrade.
- When a Try allowance is used up, that feature pauses until you upgrade. Content you already created remains available.
- There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel Pro at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law.
- We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. Recording meetings
You are responsible for having the right to record, transcribe and process the conversations you bring into VoxPulse.
- Only record conversations you take part in. Using VoxPulse to record conversations you do not participate in is not permitted.
- Tell people they are being recorded. Under Swedish law it is generally not illegal to record a conversation you take part in, but laws differ between countries, and informing participants that the meeting is recorded and summarised with AI is often required by data protection rules, contracts or good practice. We strongly recommend always doing so.
- When you share transcripts or results with others (for example colleagues or a CRM), you are responsible for having a lawful basis for doing so under data protection law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use VoxPulse to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or process content you have no right to process;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or deceptive messages through the assistant, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, or probe, overload or circumvent the security, rate limits or usage allowances of the service;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission, or scrape or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
- use automated means or API keys in ways that go beyond normal professional use (“fair use”) — for example processing volumes clearly out of proportion to a single professional's meetings.
We may limit or suspend use that breaches this section, as described in section 12.
6. The assistant and email
- The assistant emails people on your behalf to schedule meetings. It always states that it is an AI assistant acting for you.
- Drafts such as quotes or follow-up emails are delivered to you for review. The assistant never sends such a draft to a third party on its own — you decide whether and when it is sent.
- You are responsible for the meetings booked and the communication sent through your assistant, and for only asking it to contact people you have a legitimate reason to contact.
- If a recipient asks the assistant to stop, it will stop contacting them, and they can see and delete the data we hold about them.
7. Calendar connections
You may connect a Google or Microsoft calendar so the assistant can check your availability, create events for meetings it books, and link recordings to meetings. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect in the app or revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account at any time. Our use of calendar data is limited as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google and Microsoft services remains subject to their own terms.
8. AI-generated content
Transcripts, summaries, analyses, drafts and suggested meeting times are produced automatically and can contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. Always check important information — names, figures, dates, decisions and commitments — against the source before relying on it or sending it to others.
AI output is a tool to help you, not a guaranteed record of what was said. You make your own decisions and are responsible for how you use the output.
9. Your content
- You own your content — audio, transcripts, results, emails and documents you provide or generate in VoxPulse.
- You give us a limited right to process your content only as needed to provide the service to you (for example sending audio for transcription and text for AI analysis), as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, and neither do our providers.
- VoxPulse itself — the software, design and brand — belongs to us. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep VoxPulse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of faults at our end or at our providers. We continuously develop VoxPulse and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is an essential part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel with a pro-rata refund for the unused prepaid period.
11. Liability
VoxPulse is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost business, or loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or from meetings booked, missed or changed;
- our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim;
- we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Termination and data export
- You may stop using VoxPulse and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@diuterminus.se. We then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Before deleting, you can export your recordings with their transcripts and results in the app, or ask us for an export of your whole account.
- We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, that remains unpaid, or where needed to protect the service, other users or third parties. Where reasonable we give notice first and a chance to fix the problem, and we give you an opportunity to export your content unless the law or the nature of the breach prevents it.
- We may discontinue VoxPulse entirely with at least 60 days' notice, refunding any unused prepaid fees.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use VoxPulse after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. We will first try to resolve any dispute through dialogue with you. If that fails, disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Blekinge District Court (Blekinge tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), and mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence always apply.
